Robert Downey Jr. and Pedro Pascal swap Marvel roles for Halloween
The two Avengers: Doomsday stars celebrated Halloween together on Saturday, October 31, by dressing up as each other's Marvel characters.
Downey Jr., 61, wore Pascal's Reed Richards, also known as Mister Fantastic, in the character's blue Fantastic Four suit with a chunky white belt.
Pascal, 51, went as Downey Jr.'s Victor von Doom, also known as Doctor Doom, in a green outfit and cape with the villain's silver mask.
Downey Jr. shared a video of the costume swap on Instagram. It starts with both actors covering their faces, then they slowly reveal that they have switched roles.
He captioned the post "Victor. Richard. Costume swap!" and joked "Cross-dressing" in the video as Pascal laughed.
The swap gave fans an early look at the two characters who will face off in Avengers: Doomsday, which arrives in cinemas on December 18. Downey Jr. will play Doctor Doom in the film, while Pascal returns as Mister Fantastic after first playing him in The Fantastic Four: First Steps.
