Niguro began in Biratchowk, Province 1, Nepal, with a vision — to create Nepal's own internet gateway tailored for Nepali language, culture, and local needs.

2021 — Born as Niriv
The platform was founded in 2021 under the name Niriv, starting as Nepal's first homegrown search engine.
Rebranded to Niguro
