Janakpur are fourth, with four points from four matches. They have won two matches and lost two, and a win on Thursday would give them a third victory of the season.

A win for Lumbini would strengthen their place at the top, while a win for Janakpur would move them closer to the leading teams and keep their season on track.

The second match starts at 5:00pm Nepal time, when Kathmandu Gurkhas face Biratnagar Kings.

Kathmandu have two points from two matches, with one win and one loss. They are second from bottom, so a second win would be an important step up the table.

Biratnagar are second, with four points from four matches, after two wins and two losses. Led by captain Sandeep Lamichhane, they are also chasing a third win.

The evening match therefore matters to both teams, with Kathmandu looking to climb and Biratnagar looking to stay near the top.

With four teams in action on the same day at the same ground, the results in Kirtipur could change the shape of the table as the league continues.
