Title Race Posture

The result leaves Arsenal firmly positioned in second place on goal difference behind Manchester City, who maintain top spot by virtue of a superior goals-scored tally. Both sides, along with a surprising Hull City outfit, stand as the remaining teams with an unbroken winning run.

Elsewhere in the league, Manchester United were held to a 2-2 draw away at Everton after conceding late points in an open, end-to-end encounter at Goodison Park.
