Sasa Handa

Sasa Handa (born April 18, 1985, in Okinawa, Japan) is a Japanese actress, entertainer, model, and former adult video actress. Raised in Yokohama, she began her career as a gravure idol under the stage name Chieri Haruyama in 2002 before adopting the name Sasa Handa in 2005.

Handa made her acting debut in the V-Cinema production Onna Onmyoji: Jain Kakusei (2005) and appeared as Eri Suzuki in Tokyo University Story (2006). In 2006, she became an exclusive adult video actress for SOD Create. She received several honors during this period, including the Best New Actress Award at the 5th SOD Awards. She retired from adult video in 2010 after appearing in 52 productions and subsequently focused on her acting career.

Handa has appeared extensively in film, television, V-Cinema, stage productions, and radio. Her film credits include Zero Woman R (2007), Oppai Chanbara (2008), Ai no Ejiki: Onna Kyoshi Haruka no Kokuhaku (2010), The Devil’s Path (2013), Death Smell: Tsugunohi Ittan (2015), The Blood of Wolves (2018), and numerous independent productions. Her television work includes appearances in series such as MIU404 (2020).

In addition to acting, Handa has worked as a radio personality and singer and has continued to appear in stage productions and independent films.
